Eat not up your property among yourselves in vanities: But let there be amongst you Traffic and trade by mutual good-will...", but the way of understanding the words of sale from this verse requires the understanding of jurists. Iran's civil law considers the contract of sale as one of the definite and necessary contracts in all respects and defines it as "possession in kind in exchange for something known". Since the Holy Qur'an is the book of human guidance and states that "This is the Book; in it is guidance sure, without doubt..." and "... hath allowed therein no Crookedness", a deeper dive into its verses will definitely open new doors for the earthly man; Although no one except God Almighty and the infallibles (peace be upon them) knows about the deep depth of divine light, but others can learn some parts of the right sects through their efforts. Materials and Methods: This research has been done with the benefit of lexical, explanatory, narrative and legal books, in a library and survey method. Ethical Considerations: In this research, the authenticity of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness have been respected. Findings: This research seeks to explain the important and true point that the Quran, by mentioning these commandments, has pointed to an important social issue that if the financial relations of the people are not based on the correct basis and the economy of the society does not proceed in a healthy manner, the society will commit suicide, will be. Conclusion: The lack of correct economic relations in the society and the unjust possession of each other's property will cause the destruction of the society. زمینه و هدف: شاید بتوان منظرگاه واژه "بیع" را درمبانی و احکام الهی در آیه «یَا أَیُّهَا الَّذِینَ آمَنُوا لَاتَأْکُلُوا أَمْوَالَکُمْ بَیْنَکُمْ بِالْبَاطِلِ إِلَّا أَنْ تَکُونَ تِجَارَةً عَنْ تَرَاضٍ مِنْکُمْ ...» یافت، اما شیوه درک واژگان بیع از این آیه، مستلزم تفقه فقها است. قانون مدنی ایران با لحاظ جمیع جهات، عقد بیع را از عقود معین و لازم دانسته و آن را «تملیک عین به عوض معلوم» تعریف کرده است. از آنجا که قرآن کریم کتاب هدایت بشر و بیانگر «ذَلِکَ الْکِتَابُ لَارَیْبَ فِیهِ ...» و «... لَمْ یَجْعَلْ لَهُ عِوَجًا» است، غوص عمیق¬تر در آیات آن، قطعاً دریچه¬هایی تازه بر انسان خاکی می¬گشاید؛ اگرچه جز خداوند متعال و معصومین "علیهم¬السلام"، کسی از ژرفای عمیق نور مبین الهی اطلاعی ندارند، اما دیگران به فراخور تلاش خود می¬توانند بخش-هایی از فرقان حق را فرا گیرند. مواد و روش¬ها: این تحقیق، با بهره¬مندی از کتاب¬های لغوی، تفسیری و روایی و حقوقی، به شیوه کتابخانه¬ای و فیش-برداری انجام شده است. ملاحظات اخلاقی: در این تحقیق، اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است. یافته¬ها: این پژوهش در پی تبیین این نکته مهم و حقیقی است که قرآن با ذکر این احکام، به یک موضوع مهم اجتماعى اشاره کرده است که در صورتی که روابط مالى مردم بر اساس صحیح استوار نباشد و اقتصاد جامعه به صورت سالم پیش نرود، جامعه گرفتار انتحار خواهد شد. نتیجه: فقدان روابط صحیح اقتصادی در جامعه و تصرف به ناحق اموال یکدیگر، موجبی برای هلاکت جامعه خواهد بود. /downloadfilepdf/14137
